Baby Lock Aurora Sewing Machine

The Baby Lock Aurora sewing machines feature 191 utility and decorative stitches, 303 built-in embroidery designs, and 13 built-in embroidered alphabets. They have a 4×4″ embroidery field and include an extension table for quilting and large projects.

Basic notions, including thread and ironing, cutting, and marking supplies, are available for use. Please bring your own fabric and other supplies as required for your project.

 

Baby Lock Flare Embroidery Machine

Create larger designs with the Makerspace’s Baby Lock Flare embroidery machines. These machines have a 6.25 x 10.5″ embroidery field and include 293 built-in designs and 14 built-in embroidery fonts.

Thread and a variety of stabilizers are provided. Please bring your own fabric or items to be embroidered.

 


Learn How to Use the Sewing and Embroidery Machines

A short orientation is required before using the Makerspace’s sewing or embroidery machines for the first time. To fulfill this requirement, you may take a workshop at the Makerspace or sign up for an appointment during Open Hours.
